Year 6 Camp

What a camp!  Flying fox, 'Search and Rescue', the Maritime Museum, the beach and Fremantle boat harbour, SciTech, Fremantle Prison - night and day visits, Go Karting, ice skating, 'Bounce' trampolining, ten pin bowling and lots of food!  Happy students and staff enjoyed a fantastic jam-packed four days.

Cross Country Carnival

A lovely sunny day and enthusiastic students made for a great Cross Country Carnival.  Congratulations to all participating students from Pre Primary to Year 6 for a fine effort.  Students from Year 3 to Year 6 received points for their placement plus extra points if they beat their Personal Best times, which many of them did.  Fun runs for the whole school also contributed points for student participation.
Final results were :-

3rd  Tuart  1837
4th  Peppi  1719

Peppi Beach - Classroom for a Day

Rooms 11 and 12 were lucky enough to spend a beautiful sunny winter's day at Peppi Beach recently.  They spent the time involved in rehabilitiation, rubbish collection, activities to appreciate the environment and having fun!

Students were guided by Jen Mitchell of the SW Catchment Council to plant seedlings in the sand dunes; when grown they will help prevent erosion.  They collected marine debris and the recorded results were sent to the statewide database. 

They collected natural and man-made items found at the beach, and created wonderful
