Step 1: Application for Enrolment
Parents and carers are first required to complete an Application for Enrolment form. Once your child's eligibility to enrol has been confirmed, you will be invited to complete the official School Enrolment Form.

Online Services and Internet Use
Capel Primary School provides access to a range of online services to support student learning. We take the safety and wellbeing of our students seriously and make every effort to ensure they are protected from exposure to inappropriate content or online activities.
To access our digital learning platforms and internet services, students and parents/carers must agree to our Internet User Agreement. This document outlines the expectations and responsibilities of both the school and families in supporting safe and responsible ICT use. Completion and submission of the agreement is a condition of access.

Required Documentation
To finalise your child's enrolment, you will need to provide the following documents:
- Proof of age: A birth certificate, birth extract or passport.
- Immunisation history statement: Available through Medicare/MyGov.
- Proof of residential address (within the local intake area): Up to two supporting documents may be required, such as:
- A recent utility bill (electricity, water or gas)
- A current tenancy agreement
